Aperto Training Course Offerings

Each student who attends the course will receive a hardcopy of the training manual. The training manual is in a continuous development cycle to keep up with new developments, releases, and incorporation of comments, suggestions and general updates to the program. The training materials are printed just before each course begins and are not available to the students before the course unless they are purchased independently of the course shown below. Currently the Training manual contains the following:

• The current release of the PacketWave/PacketMax® user guides (soft copy)
• The presentations contained in the course (hard copy)
• The glossary of technical terms used in the course (hard copy)
• The current release notes for the PacketWave Software (soft copy)
• RMA guidelines (soft copy)

The hands on exercises will be handed out at the time of the exercise, and the student will retain his/her copy.

Any examinations or tests administered during the course will not be returned to the student. The exams will be thoroughly reviewed during class.

Aperto encourages the student to offer feedback and suggestions during each day of the course on an evaluation form. Aperto welcomes comments regarding the training course.

The Training Manual can be purchased independently in hard copy format.

Aperto provides all the training material in the English language. If training materials are in need of being translated into another language, Aperto will charge an additional fee for the translation. Lead times will need to be taken into consideration if translation is required. Aperto will only be responsible for translating the material at the time it is requested, but will not be responsible for maintaining and updating the non-English version of the training materials.
